- By submitting our webform, you agree to receive promotional calls on the number shared, and such calls and SMS would be coming from a third-party platform.
- We need a 50% advance to start the project, rest of the payment once the images are ready.
- We need a minimum of 6-7 working days to deliver final results.
- In case of cancellation 72hrs prior to the shoot date a 50% cancellation fee will be charged, 100% cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is made 24hrs prior.
- GST & Courier charges are not a part of the package.
- Model will be sent before the shoot for approval.
- Kindly QC your garments before sending, they must be hard ironed as we only steam iron them before the shoot.
- Kindly send any instruction related to shoot once you dispatch the garments. Instruction labels in packaging often get lost in logistics so kindly send the same to your account manager directly on Whatsapp.
- Please get your products collected or ask us to book a return courier within 30 days after your shoot is finalized, the products won't be available in the store post that.
